I had a fab experience with the live chat function - I think the person who helped me was called Hannah. They had a discount on for an extra 10% off sale but it wasn't working properly on the site, so they were able to help by sending me a payment link manually to ensure I got the best price. This was only yesterday afternoon and my order is already scheduled for delivery today!! Hoping the products are as good as the wonderful service :)

My ring needed re sizing and fixing due to being damaged at home. I sent my ring back to Rox to be fixed and it came back absolutely perfect!
Jill has been amazing keeping me updated through out the weeks I did not have my ring.
Such a pleasure dealing with the company from trying on my ring in the store before getting engaged and the last few weeks while getting my ring fixed. Thanks again

Fantastic experience at ROX Liverpool One and in particular the service from Charlie. From start to finish Charlie was just amazing and took customer service to just another level. Even store manager who was in on her day off was lovely... Made Caroline feel very special when choosing engagement ring.... ROX you should be very proud of Charlie and the team in Liverpool One... look forward to visiting again...

I was looking for some help with a gift for my wife. The communication and assistance I received was excellent. This was drawn out over a few days as i was working abroad at the time. I had consistent, clear and insightful chat with Ebony throughout the process. She was a great help and I would definitely use Rox again.

Delivery was exceptional. Packaging beautiful and made receiving the beautiful item more exceptional and at no extra cost.

It kept coming up £160 for international shipping when I’m in the uk and I couldn’t get it off I tried for ages before I gave up

Perhaps an unusual review as it’s for great service including a cancellation !
I ordered a necklace this morning and within about an hour I had an email from DPD advising next day delivery. So far so good and so usual.
However, in between that short time I realised I had made a mistake and emailed asking for the order to be cancelled. No sooner had I received the DPD notification than Ebony from Rox Customer Services emailed back saying that she had managed to stop the despatch and offered to help me find an alternative.
I was really impressed with the speed in which the order was processed and the speed and helpfulness of the customer services.
Rox is now at the top of my list for future purchases

Easy checkout and finance option’s available. Hassle free! Excellent aftercare service through personal email to discuss delivery. Ebony was very polite and friendly - more than just an email to confirm delivery! I do not doubt the after care will be any different once I have my delivery!
